Will I receive email notification of my reservation?

Yes, you should receive a confirmation email moments after you make a reservation. If you do not receive this email, please check with your local library to insure the email address you provided is correct and up-to-date. Please also check your Spam settings to allow reception of emails from: no-reply@acorn.quipugroup.net.

You will also receive a reminder email two days before your scheduled visit, and a follow-up feedback email afterwards.

You WILL NOT receive a cancellation notification should you decide to cancel your reservation.
